How the Business works
To successfully operate your business you will need a number of things:
* A landline phone, computer & broadband
* The ability to use e-mail and the internet
* A good standard of English
* A willingness to talk to people
* Your own transport
* A UK bank account
* Around 10 hours available each week
* Start up cost of £199.75 (credit/debit card)
The 'Start Up' cost covers:
* Business Manual
* Club Member Presenter
* Your own hosted web site
* Daily updates on customers & team
* Main marketing materials are all free
...(application forms, brochures, tariff guides)
* Selection of other marketing materials
...(DVDs, flyers, newsletters etc)
* All your training
...(you can attend as often as you want, completely free)
AND, the 'startup fee' of £199.75 is refunded in full if you find 12 Club Members in the first 90 days after you complete your first training workshop.
How the Money works
Customer Gathering Bonus
This is paid every time you introduce a new club member/customer and varies according to the number of products and services they take..
Customer Volume Commission
Commission is paid every month according to the amount your club members spend each month (before any discounts). The rate varies between 2.3% and 10.6% according to the services and the number of club members you have introduced so we can say a reasonable average is equivalent to about 5% of your members' monthly spending.
An average household will, very conservatively, spend from £100 per month so your average commission from each member is from £5. So, when you reach 50 personal club members you will be receiving £250 every month - for 100 members it will be £500 a month, and so on. This is on top of your monthly customer gathering bonuses (see above).
Group Commission
You also get paid a commission on the household bills of all club members introduced by any of your team. So, if you have three people in your team who have each introduced 100 members you will receive an additional £150 per month on top of your own group commission and monthly bonuses.
Over time, as you build your business this can grow to a significant residual income.
Other Bonuses
You receive other bonus payments when you reach certain time based targets and when your team members also reach certain time based targets. It is possible to earn over £1000 in extra bonuses in the first 2 months (from completing your first training session) and bonuses totaling £38,000 over a four year period.
Additional Incentives
And to add to all this you'll . . .
- qualify for the company car plan when you've gathered 75 club members/customers and a team of three people.
- get the use of a company Porsche Boxster for a whole month every time you gather 200 club members(we've had this twice now).
- qualify for a fantastic all expenses paid holiday by just finding one new member/customer every week.
- be wined and dined by the company on a weekend away in London when you gather 500 members (we did this in November)
- be fully recognised for all your achievements
Every year new promotions and incentives are announced so there's always something to aim for.
